Revised payroll cut-off dates prior to iTrent for schools taking Capita Payroll

For Information

In our November iTrent transfer newsletter we communicated that we would be implementing early cut off dates for schools using Capita payroll in January, February and March 2018. The earlier dates are essential to support our preparation work for the transition and to help manage the parallel running activities in February and March.

The revised payroll dates were communicated via email in December, as a reminder please see the cut off dates for Barnet clients below:

 Cut-off date
 January 2018
 9 January
 February 2018
 5 February
 March 2018
 5 March

It is really important that these cut-off dates are adhered to, please note that any data received after the cut-off date will be processed during the following month

Where possible we would ask that you input changes as early as you are able and do not wait until the final day to input your changes.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the cut-off dates please contact the Carlisle team or email;

All key dates and updates on the iTrent transfer project are available on our dedicated microsite;
